At Afterglow, we understand this struggle intimately because our founder has lived it. Her journey through challenging perimenopause was marked by uncertainty and loneliness. Despite her efforts to find answers, the available information was fragmented and often driven by fear. It wasn’t until she connected with compassionate professionals—her OBGYN and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist—that she discovered relief and renewed strength.

Now, she is determined to offer other women what she once lacked: a safe, supportive space to learn, share, and thrive.

Afterglow Menopause Wellness is a Proud Partner of the global organization Menopause Experts Group (MEG) and a Licensed Menopause Champion.

In 2020, MEG was conceived as the brainchild of Dee Murray, a former Advanced Psychotherapist, who recognized the glaring gap in resources for individuals encountering perimenopause and post-menopause, and the lack of expertise to support every aspect of symptom management, whether naturally or clinically, or both.
