  • The Blueprint for Balance At Work program is typically delivered in 2 hours.

    The Blueprint for Balance At Home program consists of topic specific sessions, delivered in 1 hour.

    Depending on the level of discussion, this may add additional time to each session, no more than a total of 30 minutes.

  • This topic is better received in person to allow for open and engaging dialogue, however, online delivery is an option.

  • To ensure an optimal learning environment and foster meaningful discussions, our workshops have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 25 participants. This range allows for diverse perspectives while maintaining an intimate, supportive atmosphere for sharing experiences and addressing individual concerns.

  • These workshops can be customized for any organization, depending on their needs and any delivery or timing constraints.

  • The Blueprint for Balance at Work program provides each participant with a hand book that includes key information, space for notes, a curated resource list, action plan template, and a workplace policy template.

    Each participant will be given a certificate of completion and asked to complete the program evaluation.

    All materials are designed to reinforce the workshop content and provide practical tools that participants can use in their workplace.

    Blueprint for Balance at Home participants will receive an email with relevant information for future reference purposes.

  • A 6 week follow up conversation with the organization is included in the original booking, with individual follow ups on an as needed basis.

    We also invite all participants to join the Afterglow Community on Facebook to find peer support, and sign up for the newsletter to receive regular updates.

    We consider this a long-term relationship! Over time, your symptoms and how you are feeling will change, and we are here to support you. Finding what works for you as an individual can be nuanced and may require more personalized support.

  • To ensure an engaging and interactive experience, participants must have:

    A computer or device with a functioning camera and microphone, as well as reliable access to the internet.

    Due to the sensitive nature of the discussions surrounding menopause, we require all participants to be willing to be seen on camera and heard during discussions. This policy helps foster a supportive and open environment for sharing experiences and insights.

  • To secure your spot in our workshops, you can choose between two payment options:

    Full Payment: Pay the entire workshop fee at the time of booking.

    50% Deposit: Pay a 50% deposit now to reserve your place, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the workshop.

    Full refund (minus a small administrative fee $50) if cancellation is made 14+ days before the workshop

    Partial refund of (50%) if cancellation is made 7 days before the workshop

    No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the workshop; however, rescheduling is an option here.
